TailGate Down is a Southeast Virginia based, high energy country rock band. Moving into their eighth year of performing, TailGate Down continues to build a strong fan base. With positive feedback from the public regarding their original songs, they continue to write and record whenever possible. They have developed a strong following from Chesapeake through Richmond, Virginia. In a constant effort to keep up with the demand of a forever changing industry, the band is very conscious of their live performance and merchandising. With a full crew and production, TailGate Down has the capability of performing just about anywhere.  Supporting many of the National Acts that come through the region, they continue to receive positive feedback, which is constructively taken and embraced. While the strong point of the band is their live performance, they also strive to be vocally sound. With four of the five members being singers, the band is capable of performing four part harmony’s. Being self sufficient to this point, TailGate Down operates on an “in house” basis. All performances are arranged directly through the band.
